Alex Phillips
Life Coach Alex Phillips' unique experiences such as keeping a group of 17 amateur crew members motivated and working as a team when she skippered the winning entry ‘Quadstone’, in the 2000 BT Global Challenge Yacht Race, have led to her cultivating a distinctive speaking, coaching and training style which has been readily transferred into the business world. It was a natural progression to move from high-profile yacht racing into the field of one-to-one coaching and training as she is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams. Since putting down her life-jacket and putting on the business suit Alex has worked with all levels of management within a wide variety of organisations, in both private and public sectors, including Societe Generale, Barclays, BOC, NHS, Corgi, and Cannon. Her relaxed, yet focused approach enables her clients to build the confidence to rise to the challenges they are facing in their business lives. Depending on the client and their needs, Alex’ style of delivery varies from one-to-one coaching, small group training sessions or short bite-size workshops. A Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, and an Ambassador for Investors in People, Alex has trained extensively in the fields of team development, behavioural change, high performance coaching and motivational speaking. |
