Victoria Giordano is our Marketing Director. 

Victoria is a direct marketeer with the experience and ability to compile effective product and service marketing strategies.

After a brief spell in media advertising, Victoria chose to take a slightly different route and spent the next eight years climbing the ladder of one of the largest event, marketing and communication agencies in Europe.   

Her clients spanned the UK, Europe and America and she has delivered long term business improvement programmes to both the public and private sector around the world with impressive results.   

When Victoria turned 30 her entrepreneurial side took over and she made the decision to fulfil a personal goal, to set up her own business. Within a year Victoria had formed an award winning, unique shoe business, attracting clients from across the region. At the end of 2006 she made the decision to sell the business, shortly after joining the Stafford Rhodes Group in a marketing and retail sales consultancy capacity.  

Offering a variety of strengths in areas such as building company awareness, increasing footfall, proven acquisition techniques, publicity and retaining custom, she provides realistic marketing plans and delivers direct marketing workshops in a way that is both enjoyable and informative.
