Many of the initiatives that we project manage involve personal development, training and coaching ensuring more people are employable and that they in turn support the development of small growing businesses.

Other initiatives involve coaching businesses to reach recommended standards of quality in terms of customer service and working practices.  We manage a scheme where we carry out business diagnostics and execute actions, for example a direct marketing plan or visual merchandising training. One of the initiatives we are involved in is now in its fourth successful year.  This particular scheme supports small businesses with an array of useful business tools including training, toolkits and networking opportunities that we provide.
